Volkswagen ID3 Grey - VE70 AXTAbsolutely horrendous, sold me a flood damaged car with thousands of pounds worth of damage. Lie after lie after lie, in the end I had to raise complaints with the AA, Finance Co., Motor Ombudsman and DVSA. Eventually got my money back but only after having to get a VW Main Dealer to confirm the car had been flood damaged in December 2024. Mark the Sales Manager eventually saw sense and accepted the car back. Unbelievably it is now back up for sale as genuine, exceptionally well maintained example, see these pictures and judge for yourselves . . .List of faults:Every panel scratched, scuffed or dented (poorly repaired)Front discs heavily corroded (now replaced)Cheap Chinese windscreen fitted (previous own said a tree had gone through it in the flood and dented the inside of the back door (still present)10 ECU faults stored (most relating to electrical issue post flood damage)Rear door seals failedRear sills heavily corroded under door sealsWiring loom corroded and damaged by flood water (this is a ticking time bomb)Rear parking sensor damaged (now fixed)Incredibly and despite them saying the car would be disposed of or sent to the auctions it is available to buy from them here ! Imagine your kids getting in that car and being electrocuted ???That reply is lies, I didn't peel back any door seals, they were detached themselves, nor did I sign any form stating it was okay. More lies from liars who are selling this car again . . .
