Nothing but trouble with this company. Purchased an Audi with the intention of having it delivered for when we arrived from overseas, told it was on route so eagerly awaited it only to get a call to say the car had picked up a fault, after 2 weeks with multiple attempts to communicate and getting no where, just lies and false hopes we finally recieved our car! To then a month later when visiting a garage we had remembered we'd never received proof of our extended warranty policy, phoned the company who told us motor trust never set it up but happily took our money from it. Been a week now since phoning to ask them to sort it, no calls back and no email to confirm it has been set up. Made our move back from overseas nothing but stressful and still not doing their jobs properly.
