Communication questionable

Found a Tesla that I really liked via Autotrader & managed to get the details of Motortrust UK Bury. The communication started off well with Jordan and sent me a 5 minute long video tour. I was aware of some scratches that he pointed out & he said he would make sure it would be buff out, polished and covered by the time I receive it. Managed to get payment sorted via bank loan, but communication seem to be wishy washy afterwards and It was always me have to do the call back and chasing. The final straw was on 19th Aug I received couple calls & message from Jordan to say car is charging and driver is about to leave, this was at 1:49pm and I expected the car to arrive around 7pm the latest. After I finished my night shift expecting to find my new car on the drive ~ I woke my husband and asked where the car was? He said car never turned up!!!!! Next morning I received a call from the driver to say he’s hour away and he explained he collected the car night before but had no intention of driving to Bournemouth yesterday lunchtime as he had other jobs to do. I had explanation from Jordan to say he left as normal at 1:49pm heading to Bournemouth (4 hrs away) bearing in mind he would have to stop to charge & for traffic. He wasn’t aware he had other jobs. Then he let slip he paid for his overnight accommodation so something didn’t really end up and at that point I was frustrated with the B.S, the lack and mis-communication between the transport driver, the garage & myself knowing I paid £425 for the driver!!I also explained to Jordan that the car was dirty, also I pointed out the scratches wasn’t buffed & polished as promised and there was a crack on the rear light which was never mentioned. I asked him is it possible to have a valet cost covered by them as car wasn’t cleaned & for the crack to be looked into? He was rather short with his response that it couldn’t be dirty as they spent 20 minutes cleaning inside the car and they already spent £1400 on the car. I sent pictures to him with the crack and inside of the car dirty. Obviously he hasn’t even checked my messages and no response as predicted.Would I use the garage again? def not. Rather not go through the stress again, the constant chasing and the lack of response from the garage when they said they call back and with Jordan last response made me feel gutted and it’s a dead end. Lesson learnt here, to go with a garage closer to you and always go with your gut!!
