I agreed to buy one of their cars, assured that the bits of damage to the bodywork would be remedied before I picked it up. I spent some time going around the car and pointing out the issues that I thought needed addressing and the salesman agreed. However, on the day I was expecting to collect the car (8 days after I left the deposit), the car had not been fully prepped. The body shop person was going on holiday for 2 weeks so it couldn't be finished.Despite this, they wanted me to collect the car and pay in full with the agreement that the car would go back in 2 weeks later to be finished off. They offered some incentives as they wanted the car sold by their month end.I arrived to pick the car up and the prep that had been done was of a very poor standard. It looked like a child had melted a red crayon into the missing paint on the bumper. The dents on the door sill were coloured in with the equivalent of a car Sharpie in the wrong colour and not filled/smoothed as promised. None of the alloys had been refurbished as promised. The whole thing was a complete waste of time.
