A horrible experience! I bought a Tesla and confirmed the pickup time, but there was a bucket of paint spilled in the trunk that hadn’t been cleaned up. They also gave me a non-working charging cable, and on the pickup day, the car only had 4% battery. To make things worse, I later found water inside the taillight. When I contacted the salesperson, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it.
