Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reserved my car on the 29th of April and paid my deposit after receiving a video of the car. I was informed the car was (and I quote) "Been really well looked after", "you can see there's not scratches, no marks, no scuffs", "you have got one or two marks on the seats, but obviously they will come off in the valet, not a problem at all". After seeing the video, I was happy to proceed.It then came to delivery day, I was informed the driver phoned in sick, so it was pushed until the next day. I was assured the car would be delivered at 6.45 am the next morning. I got up at 6 am and heard nothing, so I called and was told my salesman was off and they'd try to sort it and find our mote. I then got told my car had a blowout on the way, and the driver was waiting on a new tyre, but my car is on its way. I called again to be told they had got it mixed up with another car, and mine still sat in the showroom and was due to leave at 11 am. After a lot of back and forth, I spoke with a manager who told me the driver would be there at 1.15 pm to collect my car. I phoned again 30 minutes later as I hadn't heard anything and was told by a salesman my car had left at 1.45 pm. So I waited. It came to 4 pm, and the driver called me to say he was just leaving and would be there for 7pm. If that wasn't bad enough, the car turned up and there wasn't a panel on it that never had a scratch or a chip in the paintwork, and I opened the driver's door to see paint/marks all over the leather interior. It was in poor condition and not as described, and the escapade I went through for delivery was nothing short of shambolic.I sent a message to the salesman I was dealing with and asked him to call me. I received a message back stating that management is handling the issue and will be in touch in a few days to sort out my refund. No phone call, no apology, and no car. Seriously disappointed as I was attracted to this company due to their 4.8-star reviews on Google.I've attached pictures of the damage to the car, which does not match the description.They then proceeded to take the full amount of finance (£436) and never cancelled the finance agreement, nearly 3 weeks after I cancelled the vehicle!!!
