Awful Service / Experience - Bury St EdmundsTook my Peugeot there after booking an appointment due to an 'Electronic Traction' fault. Car was under extended warranty from another retailer - was advised when booking that just needed to bring my warranty - which I did.On arrival I raised a concern about the air-con and was told that for them to check that I would have to pay an additional £189, I queried this due to the warranty, but was told I had to pay if I wanted it checked. I said not to bother. Returned to garage later to be told the 'Electronic Traction' fault was due to a failed air compressor unit. They refused to talk to the Warranty holder and said I had to, then tried to hold my car to ransom for £189 charge for the diagnostic on the Air-Con - when it was pointed out that we had discussed this on drop off they told me it was their policy not to release a car without payment - I had to explain this was a civil matter and not returning my car on request is a criminal offence... These people an an absolute joke, rude and quite frankly useless.
