I started the process of adding my car 3 weeks ago, after 2 days, i got my price and accepted the offer. This is where things go south. was notified that dealer who purchased the car should be in touch within 48 hours, 5 days later and still nothing. Raised this with motorway, and a request to select a date for collection was provided. Picked 5 different days as requested, and they provided me with the set date. Day of collection I was told I would receive a call an hour before arrival which was great, as it meant I could go out and have enough time to get back if they called, at 4:30pm, I hear nothing so call the logisitics company "Oh, looks like it wasn't actually booked in, someone will call you Tuesday to arrange collection for Wednesday" to my surprise? Called on the Tuesday, scheduled pickup for the next day, nothing. Is this a failure by Motorway themselves? Unlikely, however, they have a responsibility by providing the service to ensure the services working on their behalf are punctual and reliable. "Simply Driven Logistics" will also be getting a seperate review. So, My car is still sat on my driveway almost 4 weeks from when I actually sold it and I am now having to pay 2 insurance premiums on my new car and the car that is no longer supposed to be here. "The hassle free way to sell your car" May want to revisit that one Motorway!
