I called to get a valuation on getting my car scrapped and was given the price of £866. The car is in standard condition for its age (2015) and then told them that they car had a smashed windscreen, which they then said it would affect the price and drop to £595. I agreed the price and arranged a pick up day.When they arrived the driver called the office and told me because the windscreen is smashed the price is now £250. I told him that I'd already given that information, and he said there's nothing he can do.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , LIARS When i called straight after to find out what has happened, they hung up the phone on me and instantly a message came up on my phone confirming cancellation of our transaction.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
