UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I called to get a valuation on getting my car scrapped and was given the price of £866. The car is in standard condition for its age (2015) and then told them that they car had a smashed windscreen, which they then said it would affect the price and drop to £595. I agreed the price and arranged a pick up day.When they arrived the driver called the office and told me because the windscreen is smashed the price is now £250. I told him that I'd already given that information, and he said there's nothing he can do.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , LIARS When i called straight after to find out what has happened, they hung up the phone on me and instantly a message came up on my phone confirming cancellation of our transaction.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

No messing about

No messing about. Within hours of accepting the offer I received a call from the pick up driver if he can pick up the car now. Within 40 min after the call my car was taken away. Money was in my account that evening. And all of this happened on Saturday.

Getting rid of our car was a very heartsore process. Motorwise was amazing and kind from start to finish. The process is incredibly simple and straightforward. Alfie, who collected our car, was equally lovely. The whole experience was thoroughly recommendable. I can't rate them highly enough.

Quick simple effective service

I wasn't sure if I should give 5 stars..but that's because.. there wasn't much service to rate...then I thought...that's the point.Very simple on line. Quick call to arrange time. Man came on time very friendly....took car....money in bank next day.Really good simple service.
