Additionally, the mouse won’t turn off the LEDs when the computer is shut down, which can be quite bothersome if your desk is close to your bed. Let me emphasize again: THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE ARE GREAT, BUT THE SOFTWARE IS TERRIBLE! The support team just deflects your concerns and asks irrelevant questions until you give up! The only advice they offer for the software issues is to reinstall it, which I’ve done 12 times! These problems just keep coming back! The software forgets your settings, fails to detect devices, and the claimed compatibility with other software is misleading. THIS IS A PATCHED-TOGETHER MESS! Just don’t buy it. I was once in your position and thought it looked amazing, but if you do, prepare to face the same frustrations I have.
