Their only solution for the software issues is to reinstall it, which I've done 12 times with no improvement! The software forgets your lighting presets and struggles to recognize your devices, making it nearly unusable. The claim about compatibility with other software is misleading. This product feels like it's barely functional. Just don't buy it. Trust me, I was once in your shoes! It looks great, but if you go for it, be prepared for the same frustrations I'm experiencing.

The software for their products has been ignored for over 5 years and is now officially abandoned. They sold off the company, stopped software updates, confirmed the software won’t be made open-source, and have shifted focus to new products. Stay away from this company. It used to be good, but now it’s not.
I received it for Christmas 2024, and it works flawlessly. I'm not sure where it was purchased, but I believe it was from a tech store rather than the website. The only downside is that the keys are a bit too close/small for my hands. Other than that, I really enjoy it, especially the ability to move the attachments to either side. I’d rate it 4.75 stars overall!
I ordered a keyboard and keycaps on January 6, 2025, both of which were available. After two weeks without a shipping confirmation email, I inquired about the status. They informed me that the warehouse was busy but assured me it would ship soon. After another week, I followed up again, only to receive an email stating my order was canceled at my request, which is false. This company is misleading with their pricing and does not deliver. I have email proof that I did not request a cancellation. This is my first negative review, but it's important to expose how this company operates. Interestingly, the same keyboard that was canceled was available on another platform and has already been dispatched.
I bought the keyboard directly from the company’s site. Aside from slightly longer shipping times than expected (around 2 weeks), everything went smoothly. Customer service was accessible, and delivery was quick via a courier service, just 3 days after shipping. The product is fantastic.
