I recently purchased two Carrycot Plus for our incoming twins and was frustrated to discover that the lie-flat mode is far from being as flat as shown on the website. The site also mentioned that we would receive brackets for both left and right positions, but when the pram arrived, the second cot couldn't be fitted due to the missing brackets. When I tried to call for assistance, I spoke with a representative who suggested I reach out via social media to address the issue, even while we were on the call. Overall, I'm not satisfied with what is advertised as a premium product.
