I bought this case with very high expectations because of Mous’s reputation, and I waited several days for it to arrive in Peru. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.
The product arrived defective. The camera control button does not work properly: it requires too much pressure, often fails, and does not slide smoothly as it should. For a premium product, this is simply unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse is that, after waiting so long for the order, I then found out that making the warranty effective is also extremely difficult. I was informed that Mous cannot ship directly to Peru, which means that even the solution becomes impractical. So after waiting a long time for the product, I ended up receiving a defective item and facing even more delay and uncertainty just to resolve the issue.
My disappointment is not only with the defective case itself, but with the entire customer experience: high expectations, long wait, faulty product, and a warranty process that is very hard to use in my country.
I expected much more from Mous. Very disappointing experience.
