I had a great experience with Mous customer support.
My Limitless 3.0 case for the Galaxy S22 Ultra started to come apart after several years of use, so I reached out regarding their Lifetime Warranty. The support team was very helpful and responsive throughout the process.
Although my original case was discontinued, they arranged a replacement for my new device as an exception, without any hassle or needing me to return the old case. They also provided a discount code for a screen protector for my upcoming purchase.
Special thanks to Vicky and the team for handling everything so professionally and smoothly. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind their products even years after purchase.

Hi, i have a good experience with the customer service team of mouse. I purchased several phone cases and 2 accessorise. My package was held by costums and had to pay extra taxes. I had asked bevore hand and I didn't have to pay extra. Now I contacted support from mouse and immediately thay said it whould be payed back. So very happy with the service of the mouse team.
Have used Mous covers for many years. Dropped the phone lots, never broken.
Recently had a problem with a case (the MagSafe charging system started rusting and showing through the case); they changed the case straight away. Great service. Also, good news - they have humans at the other end!
The support representative was kind and empathic. Although the case I needed was no longer offered she immediately gave me other options to help resolve my warranty issue.
Mous really stands behind their products. They are honest company and loyal to their customers.

I have chosen Mous case for my first iPhone 14 Pro and I totally loved it. Its look, feel and protection were just awesome! 3 years later next to volume buttons material started deforming. I contacted Mous support about it and they shipped me a totally new one as a replacement. Totally awesome customer support! Recently I have purchased a new case and protection glass for my new iPhone 17 Pro. These products are just great therefore I keep choosing them over and over.
I bought a case in January 2024 for my Galaxy S23 for £55. More pricey than other cases but this was the first phone I bought brand new so thought itd be worth the investment.
The case kept my phone safe and secure for the last two years but unfortunately started coming apart at the side after around two years of use.
I emailed about the warranty (which for cases is 25yrs), having never made any contact with Mous over the past two years and within an hour they had replied and arranged for a new case to be sent out.
Genuinely cannot recommend this company enough.
Mous talks a LOT about how protective their cases are, all marketing over substance. I've never had a phone break with the case I had been using, over many generations, but I was persuaded to purchase Mous. A couple of weeks into new phone, first bump... nothing major, so small, was not expecting any kind of damage at all... screen splintered, display totally lost, ended up having to get a new phone. Don't trust them with your $1k device.
ps. The first thing I did was reach out to their support. They offered to replace the case. Replacing one bad case with another bad one doesn't help. Also I'm only leaving this trustpilot review because I can't leave one on their website. Which is confusing because they leverage the heck out of customer reviews - it is a big part of why I decided to use a mous case with my new phone. Seems like they are cherry picking those reviews and misrepresenting user feedback, by not allowing all purchasers the chance to leave a review. Pretty sure this is a blatant FTC violation.
