Bad product and customer support for two reasons: (1) I received a used or tampered iPhone 17 leather case (packaging was open & panels were folded the wrong way) & (2) the case MagSafe capabilities are horrible. I bought the compatible MagSafe wallet & it can be easily detached with the slightest push. I provided pictures & requested a refund + prepaid label. Customer Support provided the refund link, but I have to pay to return the items. First and last time, we will buy Mous products.
