For the second time in a few weeks, I had to follow up on an order. They advised against leaving a negative review until they had a chance to rectify the issue. After trying, I found they were no longer taking calls and only responding via email. I had previously recommended this company, but I can no longer do so. However, they contacted me on December 10th, and by the next day, my order was resolved. They replaced the missing items and were very pleasant to deal with, so I am back to recommending them and look forward to my future orders.
