The service encourages placing orders in advance, so I ordered on the 26th of October. Part of my order arrived around the 15th of December, but one box was missing. I reached out to the support team via email, and they assured me a replacement would be sent by the 21st, but that didn't happen. After another email, they promised special delivery for the 24th, yet again they failed. Overall, the customer service has been completely unprofessional.
For the second time in a few weeks, I had to follow up on an order. They advised against leaving a negative review until they had a chance to rectify the issue. After trying, I found they were no longer taking calls and only responding via email. I had previously recommended this company, but I can no longer do so. However, they contacted me on December 10th, and by the next day, my order was resolved. They replaced the missing items and were very pleasant to deal with, so I am back to recommending them and look forward to my future orders.
I've been using this service for several years after discovering them by chance. I've never been disappointed and now order once or twice a year, usually around the holidays, to stock up on cheese. All the little barrels are well-packaged and dispatched quickly. My favorites include the Cranberry Cheddar and Chilli Cheddar. I'm excited to try the Lemon Cheesecake Cheddar, combining two of my favorite flavors. I will definitely return.
We discovered the shop a couple of years ago during a Christmas weekend in Lincoln. I've been ordering from them ever since. The cheeses are fantastic, and they are always well-packaged. Delivery is prompt, and I've never encountered any issues.
Everything is satisfactory so far, with nice cheese at a fair price. All orders have been delivered promptly and in good condition. I've placed a Christmas order but haven't received a delivery date yet, which is understandable. I'm 100% happy so far. Please remember my Christmas order! I love the cheese barrels and their flavors; keep up the great work.
The cheese arrived in good condition and had a nice expiration date. However, the delivery for £5.95 was lacking. There was no tracking, and the cheese typically comes with a cold pack for freshness. I will return to my usual shop from now on.
