The service encourages placing orders in advance, so I ordered on the 26th of October. Part of my order arrived around the 15th of December, but one box was missing. I reached out to the support team via email, and they assured me a replacement would be sent by the 21st, but that didn't happen. After another email, they promised special delivery for the 24th, yet again they failed. Overall, the customer service has been completely unprofessional.
