I ordered a pair of trainers during a sale. Despite the website advising to purchase my usual size, the pair that arrived was far too small (and the measurement didn't match what was indicated). The company refused to exchange the item, insisting I return it and purchase again, which would be costlier without the sale. When I pointed out the measurement issue, they ceased communication. On principle, I will return all items bought from this seller and will not shop with them again.
