I had an issue with a dance item, labelled incorrectly so received the wrong item to what I ordered. Contacted customer services, spoke with Megan who followed up with the supplying team, corrected the issue and sent out the correct item to me within 24hrs.

I can't comprehend the one-star reviews. We received outstanding service, and other review sites rated it five stars. We couldn't find these dance shoes in stock anywhere before Christmas, and the prices were exorbitant. I found them on the platform for literally half the Amazon price, but I was hesitant due to the reviews on another site. However, I decided to take a chance. The brand new shoes arrived within two working days, and communication was excellent.
I ordered a pair of trainers during a sale. Despite the website advising to purchase my usual size, the pair that arrived was far too small (and the measurement didn't match what was indicated). The company refused to exchange the item, insisting I return it and purchase again, which would be costlier without the sale. When I pointed out the measurement issue, they ceased communication. On principle, I will return all items bought from this seller and will not shop with them again.
