Despite inquiring about the apartment size and number of boxes, they sent a truck that could only accommodate half. This led to two trips, resulting in a 9-hour job instead of 5, due to their hourly rate. When questioned, they interrupted and hung up multiple times. They threatened to take the second delivery to a depot unless the full 9 hours were paid. They took the deposit without proper authorization. They exploited the situation and refused to discuss it. I recommend exercising caution or choosing another service.
