The contractors responsible for the move were excellent; they packed the furniture carefully and kept me updated throughout the process. I would hire them again independently. However, the administration team raised concerns regarding payment when I inquired about the additional 12% charges mentioned in the fine print. I had asked during my inquiry and was informed about a call-out fee, which wasn’t clearly stated. I should have paid closer attention, but I was focused on packing. Additionally, I have yet to receive my deposit refund. Overall, the unexpected costs exceeded my budget for the move.

The two movers who arrived were polite and amiable, providing me with frequent updates about their progress. However, once on site, they were somewhat slower than expected, and there were complications with the payment process as they awaited confirmation from the main office. Over the past week or two, the main office has likely contacted me 30 to 35 times trying to encourage me to book more services and leave feedback.

The booking process was indeed straightforward and simple. However, I deducted a star for each time since Tuesday (now Thursday) that I received a call asking for a review. One representative even attempted to stay on the line while I provided feedback. I find overly persistent individuals off-putting, so the team should ease up on this approach.

Despite inquiring about the apartment size and number of boxes, they sent a truck that could only accommodate half. This led to two trips, resulting in a 9-hour job instead of 5, due to their hourly rate. When questioned, they interrupted and hung up multiple times. They threatened to take the second delivery to a depot unless the full 9 hours were paid. They took the deposit without proper authorization. They exploited the situation and refused to discuss it. I recommend exercising caution or choosing another service.
