Very disappointing experience. We got a message on the moving day that they would get to our house around 8:00am. Time went by and we heard nothing. We tried to get hold of customer support and eventually got through to someone who said the movers were in an accident. We were understanding but asked for some information as we needed to move that day, the person on the line said that they would be in touch soon. Once again, we received no news and kept calling and emailing and trying to get in touch. Eventually they arrived at 16:30.
The next day, we emailed the company and sent a time stamped record of all of our attempts at communication and how things were handled- all we got was a polite "We're sorry that was your experience" response. Definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone because communication was severely lacking and management made little to no attempt to rectify the situation.
We understand that things can happen, but having no communication with anyone in the company for hours on end is not acceptable. The company's handling of the move made an already stressful day even worse.
Also, VERY CONCERNING, they keep your banking details after you pay the deposit, so they are able to debit whatever amount they choose.
