Next advised that Movelocity are to give 15minutes notice of a delivery , this didnt happen. The delivery window was between 7.30am & 6pm. I missed the call by minutes, I called the driver several times, no reply. I left a voicemail & message, no response. I emailed & phoned head office, no response . Next sorted it a few days later & a lovely driver delivered the order. Customer care with this company is non existent.
