Where to start?? They arrived twice without notification, after the first time I had called and emailed multiple times to ask for an hours notice- no response. I contacted Next who put it on the delivery notes that a phone call be made an hour before. Did they call?? NOPE. Also, I paid for a 2 man delivery service to a room of my choice, only one fella showed up and dragged the bed in from the van- no way on earth was he going to be able to carry it upstairs for me- not his fault of course. Had to leave in downstairs. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.
