I booked a room on the 26th June and paid for it via hotels.com, took a taxi from the airport then they say they are fully booked and I said that I already paid for the room, the receptionist laughed and said that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact hotels.com. I also told him how do hotels.com know that I have not got the room and his reply was that they will take care of it... So, I needed to take a taxi back to the airport and stay awake all night due to this...TJuly 1st: hotels.com emailed me and said the hotel told them that I did check in and it was not overbooked...LIARS & ROBBERS!!!I called hotels.com, they issued a refund for the room and compensation for the two taxi rides, without anything from the hotel.
