I have stayed here at the Movenpick Hotel Wellington for 7 nights over the past 2 weeks, Initially I was very excited to stay here after having such a positive and relaxing experience at Movenpick Hobart.I have had some small issues with my Accor status not being recognised, and an exorbitant price for an extra night, then this morning a very rude person in the restaurant 'M...'. I asked her if I was on the list for a complimentary breakfast and with a smile on her face and in a terse tone stated 'No'.I filled in my form and told her I would sort it out with the main desk later, during my breakfast neither M.... or her team offered me coffee. I know this sounds petty, but when you stay at a premium hotel, you expect premium service, without a terse look.Also, my room 606 has a crack in the basin, serious enough to warrant its replacement.I apologise for the complaint, but when you spend two weeks away from home you would like your accommodation to be a sanctuary to go back to after your long day, I don't feel that here.
