I've used this service multiple times due to their competitive prices, but I’ve encountered numerous issues. 1. My vehicle was delivered to the wrong location in Florida, making it very difficult for me to locate it. 2. The driver in Michigan asked me to meet on a busy main road during a snowy day, despite my suggestions for a better location. 3. They charged my credit card on file without my consent. 4. They provided an incorrect delivery date and claimed it was 'impossible' to determine when the driver could arrive, even though he was already en route. They should have better tracking of their drivers, but it seems they don't. Their communication is severely lacking, with too many individuals involved in the shipping process.
