I ordered two phones on the 6th of December as Christmas gifts. They arrived quickly on the 10th, but then the problems began. The courier left them on the doorstep in heavy rain for about five hours before we noticed. The packages were soaked, so I contacted the support team. They replied promptly, but the priority was so low that after nine days, I hadn't heard back. I won’t know until Christmas if the phones were damaged, but if they are, I’ll be taking action.
