Don't trust this company's policies. They enforce a non-legally valid return policy. Their site states that you cannot return an item simply because you don’t like it, which is absurd. Additionally, they claim that shipping and return costs are the buyer's responsibility, which is also not legally valid. I ordered a product but refused it at delivery. Since I never accepted the package, they should be responsible for the return costs. After much back and forth, they insisted that I would have to cover these costs. They are not managing their operations correctly and are ignoring consumer rights.
