Zak was great, personable and helpful. I only wish I could have had a little more time to consider everything. This was initially an inquiry to get a ballpark figure for having movers help me move. I hadn’t yet bought or rented a house, and didn’t know where I was going. It was a bit too much to already have the extra expense. In the end, my son (stationed in Germany) said that he would like to take leave and help me move to save money, which I appreciated. It was nice to know that I could get a refund for the deposit.
