Although the staff and movers was very courteous and responsive I will not use this company or any broker company again. Dealing with this company has taught me lessons and questions to ask when I move again in the future. I did not know I was not dealing with the direct moving company. There were so many extra fees and charges that made what I initially thought was a good deal of why I chose Move Safe just out right HELLA expensive. How it cost an extra $1000 more than what I was quoted and after a so called discount. I have a disabled uncle who is a veteran and I was expecting when you hire movers than you would get your belongings same day. Nooooo! I have no bed for my uncle to lay on and dont know when I'm getting my belongings!!! When you hire movers, from my knowledge you get the entire truck. Nooooo! I only get some cubit feet or square footage, over that you are charged extra!!! I'm so upset. I feel violated and taken advantage of!! NEVER AGAIN! Make sure you deal directly with the moving company NOT 3RD PARTY! MAKE YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE TRUCK NOT A PERCENTAGE.
