I ordered a hoodie for £35, supposedly on sale from £69. What I received was fake and looked nothing like what I had ordered. I contacted the support team, who offered a 30% refund if I returned it, but warned that parcels often get lost, and if that happens, I wouldn't receive anything. I requested a full refund and ended up going back and forth over email. Now, I feel ignored and doubt I will hear from them again. This is a frustrating company with fake products, and I strongly advise others to stay away. It's ridiculous to expect customers to be happy with items that look nothing like what they ordered.
