Everything about the home move process was great, from the quotation visit, the ongoing liaison with the office, the move out and into storage and the second move to the new house. Alan initially visited the house to assess the move and explained the process in detail leaving the feeling that everything would be well looked after. Donna at the office was brilliant, cheerfully dealing with my frequent questions and updates and keeping me calm. The actual moves were excellent and all the guys involved were great - friendly, tidy and efficient and nothing was too much trouble (they even followed my colour coding to the letter).
