I booked an initial home visit to arrange a quote. They firstly sent an email with the wrong date which was quickly rectified. I then received a call an hour before the visit (I am not living there currently) to ask if I could postpone the visit til the following evening, no apology given. The man was then 15 minutes late, again no apology, and came into my house with his mask around his chin. All in all I was pretty unimpressed with the service and certainly wouldn't be paying 3 x over the going rate for poor service with lateness and cancellations before the move has even taken place! Maybe think about first impressions more! I will be going with a different company for my move.
