The customer support was helpful and had some great suggestions, but the execution fell short in several aspects. I chose this service after purchasing a home and needing internet access temporarily. Unfortunately, the internet connection was very inconsistent throughout my usage. I was promised speeds of at least 12 to 67mb/s on 4G since 5G wasn't available indoors. However, I never experienced speeds exceeding 15 to 20mb/s, which was particularly frustrating during the holiday season. When I reached out towards the end of my term, I was informed that nothing could be done due to ongoing work in my area and that I should have contacted them earlier. I was advised to return the router for a replacement, but with only a few days left in my term, I was told it wouldn’t be worth it. I provided evidence of my speeds, which were around 9mb/s and frequently cut out, but my request for compensation was ignored. Instead, I was offered an extension at what I assumed would be the full price. I’m only writing this review now because they did refund my £50 deposit for the router. I believe others might have had a better experience, but during such a crucial time of year, the lack of compensation after presenting evidence left me disappointed. In the future, I would suggest paying for unlimited data on a phone for short-term needs. To improve, the service could implement live monitoring of connection speeds in the area and proactively inform customers of issues, offering replacement options without requiring them to reach out first. I contemplated giving this 2 stars, but the prompt responses from customer service made a notable difference.
