This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Nothing works as it should. I bought a new phone and was denied access to a new eSIM for days because of some technical error in their system (all the while I was still paying for cell phone service I didn't have). I had to visit the store three times and spent countless hours there and the issue still couldn't resolved because it was ¨the weekend¨. Ridiculous in this day and age. I was given misinformation and lied to by the staff. As soon as this issues is resolved, if it ever is (and I have my doubts) I will be canceling all of my services and taking my business elsewhere. I pay over €100 a month to Movistar only to be treated very badly by them. The staff in the store on Grand Via are lovely but they cannot solve problems because of the ¨system. The MS app is useless and even th e store staff couldn't get it to work and accept and upload photos on my ID which I needed to do to try to solve my issue. I was sent away to try to do this by myself at home. Every time I go to the store I am sent away with some vague reassurances that the issue will be resolved ¨tomorrow. I have had a very stressful experience with MS this weekend and all because I bought a new phone.
