AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their internet is extremely overpriced and they will try to cheat you when you leave. About a month ago, I switched to a different provider, made an appoitment at a Movistar Shop in my town, and returned the router. A few days ago, I received a bill from Movistar for 97 Euros, claiming that I did not return the equipment. I contacted their customer service, and they just sent me a response saying that there's no record of me returning the equipment, and that I have to pay.I revoked their direct debit authorization so they can't take the money, but now I will have to waste me time fighting them as they try. Absolute trash company.
