I did a job for them. Their first contact stated they could pay with Zelle. Then after they said they can’t pay with Zelle. Sent them paypal into. 5 emails of them saying they are processing payment and should be paid in a few days. Still no results. They at least have responded to each email saying sorry for the delay, but each promise just goes unkept. Unfortunately,I found a long list of notaries on a facebook group who have complained about non payment or payments after months of complaining. Very disappointed.
Update: after I posted this review, payment was made moments later. Several people from the facebook group I mentioned said that they got paid after posting their review on this site.

I called the Opal group when we needed documents notarized quickly before my dad passed away. Within a few hours their agent, Kelly Ansari, who was kind, compassionate and professional all the way, showed up with a witnesses, which we needed. I’m grateful for this service, and would use it again.
The first time I used them they charged me $85 and we scheduled a time but then they wanted more money before they would do service.... which made it necessary to reschedule service to the next morning....... and service failed!!! Second time I used them service was successful and they gave me a small discount. So I thought they redeemed themselves. However, when I went to court they had failed to provide the correct form necessary, Affidavit of Service, to proceed and my case was dismissed causing me to have to start at the beginning AGAIN and incur all expenses AGAIN. They have failed me again.
