I contacted a solicitor for help with child custody involving my emotionally abusive ex-husband. Unfortunately, my child is now living with him. I received a call just five minutes before court to discuss what would be presented to the judge. They never responded to my emails about the ongoing abuse I faced. When I tried to reach my solicitor through reception, I was told she would return my call, but that never happened. I was charged for her services despite being eligible for legal aid. I strongly advise against using this firm.

If I could give no stars, I would. This firm is a complete shambles, only interested in easy cases. They don’t listen and simply tell you what you want to hear without taking any real action. If you need a solicitor who will represent you fairly and fight for your case, look elsewhere.
We engaged this firm for our first home purchase and were very disappointed. We were shuffled between several solicitors with little continuity. Emails were often sent to only one of us, despite our requests to include both. Important dates like exchange and completion were poorly communicated — we learned about them from the sellers. Documents arrived disorganized, and the client app was never updated. When we sought guidance, responses were brief and unhelpful. After raising a formal complaint, the firm dismissed our concerns entirely. Buying a home is stressful enough; this made it worse. We cannot recommend this firm to first-time buyers or anyone needing clear communication and professional care.
I was very disappointed with the service. After providing detailed information about a serious matter involving a child, I was told I would receive a response, but the firm never got back to me, not even to confirm they couldn’t take the case. I had to follow up myself and was still ignored. For such a serious issue, the lack of basic courtesy and communication is unacceptable.

She kept us informed at every step, responded quickly to questions, and went above and beyond to keep everything on track. Even during stressful moments, she remained calm and reassuring. We are very grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her and the team to anyone in need of conveyancing services.
I had a great experience with a conveyancer after a disappointing experience with a trainee solicitor elsewhere. I was fortunate to find a knowledgeable and efficient professional. She navigated the bureaucratic challenges of conveyancing smoothly, including a 'deed of variation.' Her sense of humor, along with the receptionist, made the process enjoyable.
They do not answer calls or emails and transfer you between solicitors. I had to write an impact statement, which the solicitor composed without my input, and it was inadequate. They let me down at a critical moment when I really needed support.
I would give zero stars if possible. They seem to prefer clients who pay privately, and if you secure legal aid, your case is deprioritized. I found the representatives rude and unprofessional. Serious allegations were made against me based on false information. I have two ongoing cases with this firm, one unresolved despite an emergency hearing, and the other has been stagnant for over a year. This firm does not care about vulnerable clients unless they are private payers. I strongly advise against using this legal service.
