The packaging arrived torn, and a £50 voucher along with a greetings card were missing. I reached out to the support team for assistance, but they insisted it was an issue with their 'fulfillment partner'. When I requested a replacement for the missing greetings card, I was told it couldn't be done because it was 'accidentally sent'. It feels like once they have your money, they no longer care.
