My previous provider disconnected my phone and my new SIM card did not arrive so after many emails I was eventually given an e sim but j was without the use id my phone for calls for 2 days so very lucky I didn’t need to call anyone in an emergency!!( And 4 days later my sim that apparently was posted has still not arrived at my address !!
