Shoutout to Douglas - Had difficulties/slow response through emails hence the 4 stars rather than 5. So I decided to call and Douglas sorted me out by swapping an eSim to a new phone within a minute as opposed to the emails back and forth over 3 days.
I got through to a Mozillion representate very quickly, confirmed prices and she answered my questions in a polite way, so I decided to move to Mozillion.
My sim cards arrived quickly through the post and worked immediately. I had a temporary phone number and had my previous number ported after 2 days without a break in service.
Early days so far. Ordering and activating the system and transferring my number was so easy.
However I'm 24 hours into using the service and right now. Using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Inside my house in fairly busy area of my city. I'm getting 1 signal bar and horrible speeds. A few times I have gotten the zero no service connection. Not a great start to the service. Stepping outside my house has made the signal go upto 2 bars. But it's not great that I'm having to go outside to send a text or make a call.
I ordered a phone as a Christmas gift, and it was available at the time of purchase. However, after a few days, I was informed that the specific model was out of stock. The device was delivered on January 3rd, but I immediately encountered charging issues. I reached out to the support team and tried multiple adapters, including the original one, but the problem persisted. I returned the phone with expedited shipping, incurring a delivery fee of £20.25. When I requested reimbursement for this charge, they refused. I asked for a replacement device, but they denied my request. I feel trapped, as they are now demanding £150 if I return the phone, even though I only wanted to exchange it. I'm very dissatisfied with the product, having not even used it for a single day. They sent the phone back to me claiming there were no issues, but while charging works now, I'm still uncertain about its reliability. I cannot recommend this platform.
The process of transferring numbers from my previous provider was incredibly simple. I successfully ported three numbers simultaneously, and everything was clearly labeled upon arrival, making the transfer process extremely easy. I'm enjoying a significantly better deal, and the signal quality has noticeably improved compared to my last provider. I'm very satisfied!

I was unhappy to learn about the interest on my device, as this wasn't clearly communicated during the application process. With a solid history of paying my mobile bill for over 25 years, this was difficult to accept. In urgent need of a new phone, I initially accepted the deal but discovered a better option the very next day. I returned the phone at my own expense, which I also found frustrating, but at least the refund was processed quickly.
I signed up for a 24-month plan to replace my current 1-month rolling SIM and asked for an internal number port. After two weeks, despite making two phone calls and sending several emails, I’m still no closer to having this resolved. I've now chosen to request a refund and look for alternatives, which is unfortunate because the company seemed promising. Sadly, the service and follow-up have not met expectations.
I placed my order over two weeks ago and have yet to receive my phone. I transferred my number from my previous contract but couldn't use it without a device. I've made several calls to customer support, but each time I was given false assurances about delivery. I'm really disappointed with this experience and regret leaving my previous provider. I'm now hoping to cancel my contract and return to them.
I deeply regret my decision to purchase from this company. The customer service is non-existent. They sent me a defective phone and expect me to cover the return shipping costs. No replacement offered, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
