Love MPB, the chat associates are always helpful and the selection of gear is great, the idea of selling to them is a excellent way to learn about photography and acquire new equipment and not be afraid to trade it in when your needs change and not dealing with scammers and criminals through marketplace makes up for the lower trade values
Regular delivery which has been very fast, product condition for me very clean and perfectly working, realistic and affordable prices, nice equipment like a brand new charger no matter if it’s third party, very nice and fair, packaging safe and nice, real pics as it is said to be, honnest product description and fair, very fast and professional service. Very nice keep it like it is.
10/10 customer service, as someone who was nervous on buying a camera for the first time and nervous about how everything works, I spoke to Simon and he gave me 10/10 customer service, super patient and friendly, always happy to answer questions regardless on how many you ask, always there to help, brought a Sony a7R iii and Is super excited to get it
Everything went well and as planned; they kept me updated on the progress as the days went by, the only thing ill would improve is the time line , I think it could take less time but being said I will recommend it to my friends.
The website accurately describes the products and their condition. Prices are fair and shipping is dependable. I have bought from them several times and will do so again. I like the fact that they give a six month warranty on used equipment.
Can't believe how easy it was to sell my camera online with this company. Entered details of why I was selling, they gave me a quote which I agreed with, got a free shipping label and DPD collected camera. It was then inspected, the quote upgraded as I had sent "extra" stuff that I hadn't realised (!), accepted the revised quote, gave my bank details and got paid the same day - took just a week from sending camera to getting the money. Can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use again if I had another camera to sell.
While most of this company’s business is through their website, I appreciated that when I had a question, it was quickly followed up by an email from a staff member. She remained my contact through out the process and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions that I had. A very nice personal touch that is lacking with many online businesses.
MPB based their offer on the written description I sent to them. The offer was contingent on the accuracy of my description and condition of the camera and lenses. After receiving my package, MPB checked out the merchandise and then sent back an email explaining that I will be receiving a bit more money than their original quote. As you can imagine, I was floored by this!
The payment arrived in my bank account within a few days. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Sent my Nikon Nikkor af-s ed vr 200-500mm lens off to trade with a Nikon Sigma 150-600mm 2weeks ago although they was ages reviewing it & getting it sorted to trade this was not a problem the team are absolutely brilliant kept updating me on it all very helpful & polite n apologised for the late response & delay couldn't thank these guys enough emailed me saying returning my lens with all insurance added never had any issues with this team so honestly thank you for taking your time to inspect my lens
