How can they sell houses when they don't answer their phones?I have been ringing their Telford number, and it literally rings out, no answer machine, no auto-answer, no people. I've been trying for 2 days. If you are thinking of selling your house, I would never recommend using an estate agent that is not even set up to capture enquries by phone. ** UPDATE **About a week after this review and after an e-mail from myself asking if they were selling the property or not, I got a call from one of the Agents. To be fair, she couldn't have been more apologetic and lovely and quickly got to work in setting up a viewing for us. After the viewing I learned that a few members of the team were off poorly and their phone system hadn't been set up to take voicemails in office hours, only out of hours, and that measures are being taken to rectify that so that they can capture all information. Hopefully that is the case and if it is I am sure the other 5 star reviews will cancel this one out. But I am moving them from a 1 star to a 3 star due to my interactions when they did eventually speak to me.
