Steer clear of this company. They have severely declined in service quality over the years. Many staff have left, replaced by rude and incompetent individuals. They frequently lie, shout, and make excuses. Our tenants notified them of their departure, yet we received no communication. The owner has not secured deposits properly, and their lack of responsiveness is alarming. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a managing agent. I urge others to avoid this company to prevent financial loss.
If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. This company does not deserve even one star. Their rudeness and dishonesty are shocking. They ignore calls and emails unless it's from an unknown number. Despite numerous issues reported, many went unresolved. Even after moving out, we are still chasing our deposit with no response. The excuses are endless and unprofessional. This is the worst estate agent I've dealt with in my renting history.
Avoid this company unless you want to be misled and robbed! They are not deserving of even one star. After paying a significant deposit, we were repeatedly told the property was ready, but after months of chasing, we had to go directly to the landlord. Our funds have been mishandled, and communication has been non-existent. The staff have been rude and dismissive. This company is a nightmare.
