Outstanding support from customer service

Outstanding support from customer service following my online purchase for a boiler - I had an issue with my shipping address, but the staff responded immediately via email and reassured me it was fixed. When I had questions about delivery dates, a representative at customer support was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to expedite the delivery schedule! Despite facing challenges on his end, he ensured that not only was the scheduled delivery date confirmed, but it was also moved closer!

Disappointed with the order process

Disappointed with the order process as the measurements I provided were not cut correctly, and the order was sent as is. Additionally, I was informed delivery would be between 2-4 pm on Monday, but I received a call on delivery day stating it would be between 12-1:30 pm, leaving me to stay home all day. Not satisfied with the service at all.
