I would never recommend these hearing aids. I have had mine for about a year (paid extra for a 2 year warranty), and although the sound quality is good, the app is useless because they dont easily connect via Bluetooth, and I am on my 3rd warranty claim. The customer service has been terrible. It was very difficult to find the customer service number in the first place. The first return, and now the third, is because the wires don't seat properly and intermittently disconnect, with increasing poor connection as time passes. The peoblem is not mitigated by replacing the wires. The first time it happened, the customer service didn't listen to what I was telling them and it took some back and forth to get them replaced. The second pair just stopped working one day, about 3 months after I got them. This time, with the connection error again, I have been forced to "schedule an appointment" with a phone tech. The only appointments are 2 or more weeks out. For an issue I had before that was unresolvable by phone, and must obvioulsy be a known issue. It will take another 2 weeks after that to get the replacement, based on my prior experiences. I am not elderly, am a working professional with children, and a month long delay while being unable to converse is unacceptable. Do not buy these, they are junk, and this company is terrible.
Jabra Elite 4 active ear buds worked fine until they didn't. Sent them in for repair within warranty period. Was told they couldn't be repaired or replaced, so I could get a refund of half the price. But can't buy new ones for half the price. Terrible product and terrible service.
while the earphones were great till one of them stopped working customer service is non existent. I ve tried to contact them numerous times since my product is still covered by warranty and they completely ignore me
I have a problem with a company that sells a product and won't service it. I owned a pair of Jabra hearing aids for 40 months or so. After three years they began to perform poorly. Jabra said they were out of service warranty and would give me $500 a new pair. I went to COSTCO who carries one Jabra product. The technician said that the hearing aids were working fine but she did not have the software to adjust them to my hearing. She said Jabra could do this if they chose to. The don't and that is super maddening. COSTCO will service and adjust hearing aids as long as they are functioning and you are a COSTCO member. That's the way it should be. If Jabra sold cars and you needed a tune up after the 36 month warranty was passed, I guess they'd refuse to tune the engine and suggest you buy a new car! STAY AWAY FROM JABRA!
I have been using Jabra in-ear Bluetooth earbuds, the Elite 10 Gen 2, for over two years now.To use the Case-to-Audio function which allows my entire home cinema setup, including all connected devices, to play through the earbuds the charging case must be connected to my AV receiver using a USB-C to 3.5 mm jack cable. This function is especially great in summer, when it’s hot and the windows are open, as it provides excellent sound while keeping my neighbors happy 😄Unfortunately, Jabra discontinued this product line some time ago. On top of that, the original cable was accidentally destroyed in a rather stupid vacuum cleaner incident, completely my own fault.Nevertheless, Jabra provided me with a replacement cable today. This original cable is the only one that allows the Case-to-Audio function to work; no third-party cable worked in my setup.Thank you so much, Jabra, you really made my day!
I have a Samsung 24S Ultra and I am unable to connect my hearing aid to my phone.Having sending them back to the factory on numerous time the only answer I could get is " Samsung did a huge update and that's the problem " what! I have Samsung's flag ship phone and that's the reason. This problem has been going on for about one year, and I have been unable to wear my $2500.00 dollar hearing aids? A few weeks ago I got a new tablet and a week ago I tried to connect to my tablet, success! Then every morning I would have to reconnect my hearing aids, that shouldn't happen. Now today after trying six or seven times they won't connect. My conclusion is my Jabra in the ear hearing aids are, not very good and I will never use this company again. I purchased them through Cosco Orillia but they are not the problem. Very poor company extremely poor customer service. DONT BUY JABRA HEARING AIDS.
I have had Jabra Hearing Aids for two years. Despite the fact that I’ve had about 20 adjustments, these Hearing Aids are very ineffective. I either hear as if I’m talking underwater or it’s so shrill that it makes me cringe. I can’t hear people unless I’m looking right at them. And if they have a low voice, it’s hopeless. If I’m in a crowded room or a restaurant, I’m totally out of the conversation. I bought a Jabra multi mic for hundreds of dollars. It’s a pain in the neck to use. The sound cuts in and out. It helps a bit if you’re sitting at a table of four or six people and put the damn thing in the middle of the table, it does help. You can put it up to the speaker on your TV and that helps too. My warranty expired yesterday and the damn thing broke last evening, too late to call Jabra. A friend had Jabra years ago and said it was an excellent company. She has a new pair and she says they are absolutely a big disappointment. Try and get an appointment to have an adjustment or to get your multi mic functioning. You have to wait two or three weeks. One of their Hearing specialist is inept. She couldn’t figure out how to pair my multi mic to my Hearing Aids and wasted an hour of my time. She finally concluded that the new Jabra multi mic was defective and wanted me to send it back. I got another technician and he was able to make the pairing. These Hearing Aids are definitely limited and it’s a great disappointment to wait two or three weeks and then experience no improvement. I have an appointment with a doctor of audiology. I’m willing to pay three times what Jabra cost just to be able to hear. Being hard of hearing is one of the most depressing experiences one can have. And you can’t appreciate it fully unless it’s happening to you. Good luck to all those in my situation.

My hearing aids are under warranty, and one stopped working. They could not help me fix them so they work. They scheduled a video chat for a date and time they chose, but I cannot attend because of a doctor's appointment. The next available appointment is in 3 more weeks, and I will be out of the country, needing my hearing aids. Terrible service and customer support!! They base their business on online or video support and then don't follow through. They have offered me no help at all. I want my money back --they broke their promise and their business model is not working as they promise.
