Where do I start… is it the shipping that took over 20 days? Is it misleading consumers into thinking this is glass when it's actually plastic? Is it the fact that it comes with a USB plug instead of an outlet plug? Or does it just look like low-quality merchandise? It’s all of these issues combined.
